Rules & important notes

A few guidelines — for the best stay

  • Check-in / out: After 7am check-in, pick up by 11am (or add day play). All drop-offs by 4pm.

  • Bedding: We provide clean, comfy bedding — please avoid bringing items from home.

  • Food: Keep your pup on their diet. Pre-measure & bag each meal (no fee). Otherwise, $2 fee.

  • Wet/raw food: $1.50 extra — refrigerated, prepared in a separate kitchen.

  • Medication / vitamins / supplements: $3.00 — provide strict doses for our staff.

  • Extras at no charge: All play time, TLC, and pool access all day long.

  • Special needs: Email the office in advance.
